Payment and Shipping Policy

The following conditions apply:

Shipping scope
We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic delivery (Germany):

• A flat shipping fee of €1.99 is charged per order.

• Orders with a total value of €25 or more qualify for free shipping.

International delivery:

• Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value, including tax).

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified on the respective product page, delivery within Germany takes 3–21 days after the conclusion of the contract; international deliveries also take 3–21 days (for prepayments, the period begins after receipt of your payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package whenever possible. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order, unless otherwise agreed.
